SEAL COAT SF150
SEAL COAT SF150 is a two-component, specially designed, hyper-elastic waterproofing system of a cement base, mixed with a specially formulated polymer emulsion. SEAL COAT SF150 presents excellent bonding and elongation characteristics, which make it an ideal solution for surface waterproofing under temperature variations, crack bearing and moving surfaces (dynamic behavior). Can be used in conjunction with PENETRON®
crystalline integral waterproofing system for
combined protection.APPLICATIONS
Uniformly apply the slurry coat of SEAL COAT SF150 with a short bristle brush, making sure to fill in all surface pores and voids.
NOTE: For maximum waterproofing performance, apply a second coat, after 12 hours, if the first coat is not damaged. Apply the second layer the next day, when the first layer is dry. -
SEAL COAT SF50
SEAL COAT SF50 is a waterproof, cement- based, polymer-modified, heavy-duty masonry coating and the base of SEAL COAT SYSTEMS, with specially graded aggregates that ensure ideal waterproofing and high-load and abrasion strength. It ensures strong bonding and mechanical anchoring on properly prepared surfaces.
APPLICATIONS
SEAL COAT SF50 is used for waterproofing concrete or cement base mortar surfaces, which are subject to generally small, positive hydrostatic pressures. -
Waterplug
WATERPLUG is ready-mixed, highly accelerated underwater cement, scientifically designed for quick repair work of concrete subject to hydrostatic pressure, active leaks or underwater conditions.
WATERPLUG sets quickly while bonding to the surface and expanding to rapidly block the flow of water in a few minutes after application. Use as a permanent patching material above or below grade.
WATERPLUG’s super-fast setting, non-shrink and high-bonding properties make it an excellent mortar for anchoring ornamental iron, bolts, posts and dowels. WATERPLUG expands slightly to grip the surface of the embedded item and fill every crevice of the concrete cavity.APPLICATIONS
Apply immediately after mixing. As soon as WATERPLUG has achieved a dry, putty texture and a compatible shape, force the material into the crack or cavity compressing it firmly using a gloved palm, trowel, wood block or other flat object. Hold it in place for over a minute. If there is a strong water flow hold for six minutes. Do not brush or trowel over surface. Shave off excess material with a knife or other similar sharp tool. For long, leaking vertical cracks, patch with successive small amounts of WATERPLUG starting at the top of the crack.
For anchoring bolts, posts, dowels, etc., drill a hole deep enough to allow 1/2 in (13 mm) around fixture, mix to a putty consistency and fill hole. Then tap object firmly into place. Keep damp for 15 minutes. Do not apply excessive pressure for several hours. -
PENESEAL PRO RTU
Spray applied liquid sealer, which forms a sub-surface barrier, that protects concrete against positive water penetration (strength increase) and seals existing cracks. Protects above ground concrete structures, exposed to weather conditions. Ideal for concrete roofs, podium decks, bridge decks, terraces, runways and driveways.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Ready to use material. In horizontal surfaces, the consumption is 1 Lt for 4-6 m2. Intense air and high temperatures increase consumption. Important: after curing, the material must be activated with 3 successive water floods per day (intense water floods). -
HYDROGUARD
PENETRON HYDROGUARD is a clear non-glossy water repellent that has the ability to extend the lifetime of concrete, natural stone such as sandstone or marble, paving, and bricks. Rain, salts, oils and chemicals all wear down the integrity of these surfaces over years, leading to unsightly stains from mold, algae and gradual decay. PENETRON HYDROGUARD is a non-toxic, one coat application that completely seals and waterproofs a variety of surfaces. PENETRON HYDROGUARD should not alter the color, texture, or any other physical characteristic of the surface to which it is applied, leaving a clear natural finish that will completely repel water, seal
and waterproof the surface.APPLICATIONS
PENETRON HYDROGUARD has a variety of recommended uses such as sealing of concrete and cementitious surfaces, as a architectural finish, sealing of brick and block work, natural stone such as granite, marble and sandstone. PENETRON HYDROGUARD can also be used in residential applications such as bathrooms, patios, decks, driveways, pathways and walls. PENETRON HYDROGUARD adds an additional layer of protection when applied over PENESEAL PRO. -
INDUSTRIAL TOPPING SL
One component, high strength, self leveling mortar with polymers for internal or external use, even as final surface or flooring repairing. Ideal application for thicknesses up to 50 mm or, otherwise, with the addition of QUARTZ SAND MIX (~7 Kg / Bag) Mixing: 1 bag in 4.25 Lt water.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption (without quartz sand addition) is: ~1.8 Kg/m2 per 1 mm thickness. With the quartz sand addition the product consumption decreases up to 30%. -
PENEBAR SW 45 RAPID (HT) TYPE A
Rapid expansion, water expanding sealing strip, designed to withstand high temperature environments. For its placement, use the bonding primer PENEBAR PRIMER. Important: protect from water and rain, until concrete pouring. Roll dimension: 19 mm x 25 mm x 5 m.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Calculation in linear meters. -
PENESEAL FH
Spray applied, chemically reactive, water based liquid sealer that penetrates concrete and masonry building materials, protecting, preserving and strengthening them permanently. Very strong dust stabilizer. Important: the material is concentrated and diluted with 1:1 water.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
The mixture consumption in flooring applications is 1 Lt for 4-5 m2, depending on the substrate absorbedness. Proportionally, the 19 Lt pail, after dilution (~38 Lt), covers150-180 m2. -
PENESEAL FH PS
PENESEAL™ FH-PS is a clear, reactive penetrating sealer designed to permanently protect, preserve, and strengthen concrete and masonry building materials. PENESEAL™ FH-PS was developed to absorb deep into the concrete capillaries where it reacts with hydration products transforming them into a harder, denser, stronger concrete mass. PENESEAL™ FH-PS is manufactured without metallic hydroxides which alleviates efflorescence and prevents reactive aggregate reactions such as ASR.

PENETRON ACRYLIC BONDCRETE
Acrylic based emulsion for enhancing the adhesion of mortars and concrete, used as admixture (dilution 1:1-1:2 with water) or as primer (self same or 1:1 with water). Attention: as bonding primer the material must set well. Adhesion open time ~2 weeks. Used also as SEALCOATTM System improvement component.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
As adhesion material between old and new mortar or concrete, the 3.8 Lt pail covers 18-22 m2. Attention: good substrate preparation. As SEALCOATTMadhesion enhancing admixture, it corresponds ~2 Kg per bag (the 3,8 Lt pail is ~4 Kg). -
PENETRON ACRYLIC PATCH
One component, modified polymer, repairing mortar for applications requiring increased flexibility, good chemical resistance, finishing and relatively rapid strength increase. Ideal for repairs in concrete elements, stairs, parapets, pipes, balconies, ramps, floors etc. Mixing: 1 bag in 4.7-5.0 Lt water.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
1 bag fills ~12 Lt. The consumption for voids filling is ~1,9 Kg/Lt or 19 Kg/m2 per 1 cm of repairs thickness. For thicknesses above 5 cm add up to 5.5 Kg/bag QUARTZ SAND MIX 1.5-8.0 MM (filling ~14,5 Lt). -
PENETRON ADMIX SOLUBLE BAGS
Crystal growth, cementitious powder, waterproofing system added to concrete as an admixture. Same technology as the above existing packaging of PENETRON ADMIX®, but with the ability, due to its water soluble packaging, of adding it directly to the mix truck (without previous mixing with water). Also, it contains a special traceable coloring (green) indicator for the right dosage laboratory control.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Based on the indicative ratio of 0.8-1% by weight of cement, we add, one by one the water soluble bags, in the mix truck, same quantity as the total m3 of concrete of the mix truck. Attention: mix in the mix truck in high speed for at least 5 – 10 min, after the addition of the last package of the soluble bag.
