PENETRON
Cementitious, concrete surface applied (slurry application) or for filling cavities (pourable application), crystal growth waterproofing mortar. Indicative mixing: For surface application, 1 bag is mixed in 12–13 Lt water, but the mixing of half bag with 6-6.5 Lt water is recommended. For spraying application, increase the mixing water to 14-15 Lt/bag. For pourable application, mix with 15-18 Lt water/bag depending the required workability.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption in concrete surface application is 1,4-1,6 Kg/m2 in total 2 coats or 1 bag for approx. 14-16 m2 . In pourable application, consider a consumption of 1,2-1,3 Kg of product for filling 1 Lt void. -
PENETRON ADMIX
Crystal growth, cementitious powder, waterproofing system added to concrete as an admixture. The product can be used in the ready mix plant with the form of powder directly added in the pre-weighted dry parts of concrete (in the lift-band) before the water addition or by addition in the mix truck, at the job site, right after the mixing (with electric mixer) with water – in the special mixing pails with measure. Mixing water ratio: mix well ½ of 18 Kg bag in 11.5 Lt water. The small packaging of 3.75 Kg pail is convenient for the production of waterproofed mortars or small quantity of concrete in a small mixer. Mixing time in the mix truck or small mixer is at least 5 min.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
The recommended PENETRON ADMIX® ratio for permanently waterproofed concrete is 0.8-1% by weight of cement. For regular concrete ~300 Kg cement, we use 3 Kg product powder per m3 of concrete. E.g. for 9 m3 mix truck we use: 3 Kg x 9 = 27 Kg, that is 1½ PENETRON ADMIX® bag. It is easier to cut in half the bags, then mix 3 half bags in 3 mixing pails with 11.5 Lt water each. For the production of waterproofed mortars (cement content >250 Kg/m3), the mixing of 0.5-1.0 Kg PENETRON ADMIX® per 50 Kg of cement is recommended. -
PENECRETE MORTAR
Crystal growth, cementitious waterproofing and repairing mortar. Supports all PENETRON® waterproofing systems. Mixing: indicatively for approx. 1 bag 4 Lt of water are required. The mixing of small quantities to a trowelable mortar consistency is recommended.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
For fillings, the indicative consumption is approx. 2 Kg/Lt or 11 Lt per 22.68 Kg bag. For construction joints or cracks repair, the indicative consumption is 1.3-1.5 Kg/linear meter. -
PENEPLUG
Rapid setting, crystal growth cementitious waterplug, designed to stop active water leaks and moisture ingress. Supports all PENETRON® waterproofing systems. In the mixing, a small quantity of water is required, forming the material into a wedge and always wearing rubber gloves.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively, the consumption for voids filling is 1,2-1,4 Kg / Lt. -
PENEBAR SW 45 RAPID TYPE A
Rapid expansion, water expanding sealing strip. For its placement, use the bonding primer PENEBARTM PRIMER. Important: protect from water and rain, until concrete pouring.

PENEBAR SW 45 RAPID TYPE B

PENEBAR SW 55 TYPE A
Water expanding sealing strip of slow, controlled expansion. Suitable for application in humidity and rain conditions. For its placement, use the bonding primer PENEBARTM PRIMER or masonry nails in conditions of intense humidity. Roll dimension: 19 mm x 25 mm x 5 m.

Calculation in linear meters. -
PENEBAR PRIMER
Water expanding strip primer. Stabilizes the substrate and prevents the humidity penetration to the PENEBARTMSW. Important: the material must be well set prior to PENEBARTM SW placement. In conditions of intense substrate humidity, use masonry nails.
CONSUMPTION INFORMATION
Indicatively: 1 Lt primer covers ~60 linear meters or correspondingly 0,75 Lt pail for 40 – 48 m and 3,80 Lt pail for 200 – 240 m. -
PENEFLOOR HARDENER PDS
PENEFLOOR™ HARDENER is a one component, ready-to-use, dry shake industrial floor hardener. PENEFLOOR™ HARDENER consists of cement mix, various active proprietary chemicals, and quartz aggregate hardener, which has been crushed and graded to particle sizes, suitable for concrete floors and industrial troweled floors.
APPLICATIONS
Concrete must be screed with the appropriate means (e.g. Laser screed), using special automatic machinery, which can disperse up to 1.02 lb/ft 2 (5 kg/m2) of material. PENEFLOOR™ HARDENER can be dispersed manually, but in two layer application. -
PENETRON GROUT PDS
PENETRON® GROUT is a ready-to-use, expansion-controlled, non-shrink, non-corrosive, cement-based, high strengthgrout for concrete repairing and anchoring. It consists of excellent quality cement and specially graded quartz aggregate.
PENETRON® GROUT is an excellent grout for a wide range of applications, due to its controlled expansion, excellent flow properties, high strength and low cost.APPLICATIONS
Grout must be placed in a proper modified form. Forms must be strong, securely anchored, shored and sealed, to prevent water and grout leakage, while continuous flow of PENETRON® GROUT must be ensured.
When placing, provide an angle in the forms, high enough to assist in grouting. For pouring, minimum openings of 7,6 cm (3″) for entry and 15 cm (6″) for “head” are recommended.
Forms should be at least 2,5 cm (1″) higher than the bottom of the base plate. -
PENETRON LATEX PDS
PENETRON® LATEX is a ready-to-use styrene-butadiene latex, freeze-thaw stable which is widely used as improver additive of cementitious mortars, coatings, repairing mortars and floor mortars. It contains an antioxidant and an antifoam factor and is compatible with most hydraulic binders. This product is free from APEOs and ammonia.
APPLICATIONS
PENETRON® LATEX is thoroughly mixed with mixing water, prior to its application in the mortar, using a mixing drill and a mixing wand. Indicatively, see the table below for mixing ratios of PENETRON® LATEX with water per application (see Mixing ratios). -
SEAL COAT SF100
SEAL COAT SF100 is used for waterproofing concrete, cement base mortar, stone or brick surfaces that will be sujected to positive or negative, low to medium hydrostatic pressure.
In cases of high hydrostatic pressure, use PENETRON® crystalline integral waterproofing system prior to application of SEAL COAT SF100.
SEAL COAT SF100 is used neat or with FIBERGLASS MESH between layers that will cover the FIBERGLASS MESH.

Uniformly apply the slurry coat of SEAL COAT SF100 with a short bristle brush, making sure to fill in all surface pores and voids.
NOTE: For maximum waterproofing performance, apply a second coat after first coat has dried, within 12 hours, if the first coat is not damaged.
