Description :
A residential project affiliated to the Armed Forces Engineering Authority and a number of real estate developers. Implemented works included pouring rafts and retaining walls in a number of buildings using Penetron Admix.
Products Used :
Treatments were carried out, including treating the tie holes, overalls connect retaining walls to floors, and honeycombs places in a number of buildings, using: Penetron, PenePlug, Pencrete Mortar, and Waterplug.
Garage of Graeco-Roman Museum (Fouad St, Alexandria).
Description :
The Greco-Roman Museum is an archaeological museum in Alexandria, Egypt . It displays a wide range of antiquities found in and around Alexandria , most of which are antiquities from the Ptolemaic era and the subsequent Roman era, specifically from the founding of Alexandria in the third century BC to the third century AD . The museum contains a basement garage with an area of 2,800 square meters and a water tank with a capacity of 84 cubic meters.
Products Used :
The raft foundation, retaining wall, and water tank were poured with Penetron admix in addition to use PeneBar SW 45 as a waterstopper, while weak joints and tie holes were treated using Penetron, Waterplug, and Penecrete mortar.

Administrative capital
Description :
National investment project that aims to establish a new economic administrative city that will be a modern capital, and it is considered one of the newest investment projects for real estate development in Egypt. One of our recent works that included a commercial mall project and the work that has been started is pouring the walls, and the mall’s work is being completed using Penetron Admix material.
Products Used :
Pentron Admix is a material that is added to the concrete mixture during implementation and consists of Portland cement and some active chemicals. These chemicals interact with moisture in the concrete and with the products resulting from the cement reaction process, resulting in insoluble crystals in all the holes and capillary channels of the concrete, and so it becomes Concrete is permanently insulated against water and liquid permeability.
It is resistant to severe chemicals, freezing and thawing and has the ability to self-close cracks up to 0.5 mm and protects the reinforcing steel from corrosion.
By adding Penetron Admix, we contribute to prolonging the life of the concrete structure.
FKHAR EL-BEHAAR RESORT
Description :
A tourist village, and the work carried out there included pouring three swimming pools and treating them using Penetron Admix, Penetron, and Waterplug materials.
FREE ZONE
Description :
A clothing factory, and one of the works that was completed there was the construction of a water tank. The tank was poured using Penetron Admix.
Concrete Repair
The surface was prepared and chiseled back to sound concrete to a depth of 30 to 40 cm. The area was cleaned using compressed air and the leakage was stopped using PENEPLUG then after 24 hrs. it was primed to be repaired with a slurry coat of PENETRON. While the slurry coat was still “green” (tacky), the area was poured with concrete mixed with Penetron Admix 0.8% by weight of cement. Upon removing the mold, it was treated with water. Then, the junction areas between the old and new concrete were opened to a depth of 1 cm and a width of 1 cm. After cleaning, the opened area was primed to be repaired with a slurry coat of PENETRON, followed by filling the cavity flush to surface with PENECRETE MORTAR in mortar consistency. Then, the surface of the repair was packed tightly using a hammer and block of wood. Finally, the surface was treated with a slurry coat of PENETRON.
