The surface was prepared and chiseled back to sound concrete to a depth of 30 to 40 cm.

The area was cleaned using compressed air and the leakage was stopped using PENEPLUG then after 24 hrs. it was primed to be repaired with a slurry coat of PENETRON.

While the slurry coat was still “green” (tacky), the area was poured with concrete mixed with Penetron Admix 0.8% by weight of cement.

Upon removing the mold, it was treated with water. Then, the junction areas between the old and new concrete were opened to a depth of 1 cm and a width of 1 cm.
After cleaning, the opened area was primed to be repaired with a slurry coat of PENETRON, followed by filling the cavity flush to surface with PENECRETE MORTAR in mortar consistency.Then, the surface of the repair was packed tightly using a hammer and block of wood. Finally, the surface was treated with a slurry coat of PENETRON.
