Penetron Egypt participated in the waterproofing and concrete protection works for multiple developments within the Muruj project, one of Alexandria’s largest mixed-use urban developments.

The scope of work included residential compounds, villas, Zinnia Mall, water tanks, swimming pools, basements, and various concrete repair and waterproofing applications. The works were executed in cooperation with leading contractors including Tasheed, Future House, and MWA, under the supervision of ACE Moharram Bakhoum Engineering Consultants.

A range of Penetron solutions was utilized according to project requirements, including integral crystalline waterproofing, concrete repair systems, joint sealing solutions, leak-stopping materials, surface protection treatments, and water-repellent technologies.

This integrated approach ensured long-term durability, waterproofing performance, and protection of critical concrete structures throughout the development.
